The fees associated with each tier vary upon the provided service(s). SHOTCA will receive a 25% commission on any original artwork sold and 50% on any reproduction sold. This grants the artist 75% commission on any originals and 50% on our reproductions.
Price is determined by the artist in assistance with their SHOTCA agent. If your pieces have not been sold previously, we will be able to aid you in the pricing process. Reproduction prices are set in accordance with our manufacturing costs.
The contract is valid, post-signing, so long as it is not terminated by either party. There is a 10 to 15 day grace period that is set in place once a request for termination by either party takes place.
Paintings are shipped by the artist to the client(s). The client(s) cover the cost of shipping. The artist is responsible for packaging the piece(s) upon shipment.
Returns are handled within the first 30 days of a sale. Any implications will be discussed at the time of return.
